TGBP Research ("we," "us," or "our") operates researchcam.shop, an independent online retailer specializing in webcams, cameras, lenses, and photography and videography accessories. We are not an authorized dealer, reseller, or service center for any specific brand unless explicitly stated on a product listing. References to manufacturer names, model numbers, or brand trademarks are used solely for identification purposes.

By accessing or using researchcam.shop (the "Site") — whether to browse, create an account, or place an order — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order you represent and warrant that (a) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, (b) all information you provide — including name, shipping address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete, and (c) you are not purchasing products for resale unless you have a pre-approved reseller agreement with us.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and compatibility information. However, product details are provided for general guidance only and may change without notice due to manufacturer updates or inventory changes. Images are representative; actual product color, finish, or packaging may vary slightly.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund using your original payment method.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict orders to any person, household, or geographic region at our discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized resale activity, or abuse of promotional offers.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We accept major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Sales tax is collected where required by applicable law based on your shipping address. The final tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated shipping and delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us at support@researchcam.shop within 5 business days of delivery. Failure to report damage within this window may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability and rates, where offered, will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Our return policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In general, most items may be returned in original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Certain items — including opened memory cards, software, hygiene-sensitive accessories, and items marked Final Sale — may not be eligible for return. Many products sold on the Site come with a manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by brand and product. Because we are an independent retailer, warranty service (including repairs and replacements) is typically handled directly by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for honoring, facilitating, or extending any manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated.

Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase, as manufacturers typically require it to process warranty claims.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, photography, interface design, and software — is owned by TGBP Research or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names, product names, and logos referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or to address imminent harm.

For material changes, we may also notify registered account holders by email. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
